ENVISION PERIPHERALS, INC. JOINS INTEL® BUSINESS ADVANTAGE PORTAL

Becomes Part of E-Marketplace for 10,000 Intel Product Dealers, Fremont, Calif, Feb. 20, 2001 - Envision Peripherals, Inc. (EPI) today announced it will be a supplier for the Intel® Business Advantage Portal. This B2B e-marketplace provides EPI efficient access to approximately 10,000 Intel Product Dealers in North America.

Intel created the Intel Business Advantage Portal to make it easier for Intel Product Dealers to offer their customers more complete PC and server solutions and achieve cost efficiencies.

“We’re very happy to be a part of this exciting Intel program, while at the same time bringing added value to our channel partners,” said Young Yoo, director of marketing and sales for EPI.

The Intel Business Advantage Portal offers discounts on components and solutions such as software, hardware, peripherals, Internet access, and e-Commerce services, and displays suppliers’ offers in an e-marketplace. By participating, Intel Product Dealers are able to receive rebates and commissions on the e-Business suppliers’ services and product offerings they sell to their customers.
