SMART COMPUTING MAGAZINE PRAISES NEW EN-8100e 18-inch LCD FROM ENVISION MONITORS San Francisco, Calif. - October 10, 2002 - Smart Computing Magazine recently reviewed Envision Monitors new Envision EN-8100e - an 18-inch LCD that is one of several new offerings from the Envision brand of CRT and LCD displays - culminating in an outstanding review of the product. As a result of the review, the magazine determined that with its low price and high quality, the EN-8100e would make a nice replacement for a large-screen CRT, especially with its small footprint. Priced at only $699, the EN-8100e fared extremely well in the extensive testing done by Smart Computing Magazines reviewer. In testing, the EN-8100e capably handled all the diagnostic screens. Geometry and corner linearity were correct, focus and resolution matrices looked sharp, and text in every font and size was crisp and easy to read. In color registration tests, red and green were appropriately synched, lauds the reviewer. The review further stated that the EN-8100e displayed high-resolution images beautifully; shadowy images werent too dark, and images depicting streaming sunshine didnt look washed out or overly bright. Affordably priced Envision monitors are available at retail outlets such as CompUSA, Staples, Frys and Costco, or can be viewed on the Web at: www.envisiondisplay.com. We are very pleased that our new Envision product has received such an excellent review from an important trade magazine such as Smart Computing, said Tak Shimizu, vice president of sales and marketing for Envision Monitors.
